The Astronomy Complex of Al-Khawarizmi and Pengkalan Balak Beach

The Astronomy Complex of Al-Khawarizmi is situated at Tanjung Bidara, Alor Gajah, Melaka.
If you are coming from Melaka Town , you will think that the complex is somewhere in Masjid Tanah.It seems that the sign board just stops there.You need another sign board whenever you come to a traffic junction.I have to make a few “test” turn before getting the right road.
One of the complex staffs told me that on the next Sunday 11/05/08, there will be an exciting event.True enough , when we arrived, (there was another family who have just got in ) .It was just like walking around the “booth” and later proceed to the ” 2 D Show”.Personally, I did not get much information on this first visit. Another visit ?
Prior to that my kids enjoyed themselves at Pengkalan Balak beach which is only 4km from the complex. A “stretch out” beach , with a small “Sine Curve” of the wave hitting the beach.I could see a lot of visitors along the beach.
