Permatang Pauh By Election
Despite the sodomy charge against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the PKR adviser is relatively easy to win the seat, today.
According to Independent Polling Organization, Merdeka Centre; where Malays were concerned:–
- 57% -Said “No”-We did not believed it
- 31%-”Yes”
The Permatang Pauh’s voter profile:-
- 69%-Malays
- 25%-Chinese
- 6%-Indians

Malay-35% ( No efect on the charge)
Chinese-15% (Sentimen towards the DAP-led Penang government )
Indian-3%
The above 53% (assumption ) would suggest that Datuk Anwar will not lose but as always, the ball is round and it will keep on rolling in the voters’ court.
