Take Care of Your Health

With the long holiday coming around, would you be able to wake up in the next morning, to find yourself fresh and energetic ?

Just ,  a Quick Reminder:-

  1. On the first thing you wake up in the morning and
  2. Before you have your sweet night dream
  1. Drink a cup of plain water just after your”wake up call “
  2. Before saying goodnight:-
  • Get three spoons  of ” MILO “ , mix it with cold water, stir it-you are right ! it would not disslove completely (that’s the idea)
  • Add some milk and stir it again
  • Pour  some boiled water and this time ,make sure you stir it throughly untill those mixtures are fully dissolved.( do not mix with ice cubes ! )
  • Drink it when it is warm.

    I don’t have any scientific explaination to do.However with that kind of MILO’s blending , you don’t need for any ” sleeping pills ” -gradually , you will see the bed is waving for you !
